Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused shower fixtures in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
